I greatly value your time, travel, and punctuality. I ask for the same courtesy as time is everything to a hairstylist. I completely understand the need for flexibility and will always accommodate as best I can! In the event you need to cancel an appointment, please be sure to give a minimum 24 hour notice. Rescheduling with less than a 24 hour notice with be charged 50% of booked services and 100% for no shows to the card on file.
